About NOLA Yoga Fest

New Orleans Health & Yoga Festival is a one-of-a-kind gathering in the Gulf South; a space where movement, mindfulness, music, and community come together in a powerful and meaningful way.

At its core, this festival was created from a deep place of devotion. Devotion to service, to community, and to the transformative power of these practices when they are shared from the heart.

More than just a yoga event, NOLA Yoga Fest is an immersive experience. It’s a place to learn from local and nationally recognized teachers, explore a wide range of practices, and connect with others who are walking a path of growth, healing, and awareness.

From energizing flows to grounding meditations, live music to meaningful conversations. This is a space to come home to yourself, and to each other.

People participating in a yoga or fitness class, doing stretches on yoga mats indoors with purple lighting and wooden supports, surrounded by plants.

MISSION: Nola Yoga Fest is a vibrant celebration that ignites connection through movement, immersive workshops, live music, and philanthropy. Rooted in our mantra — “Create. Celebrate. Collaborate” — we gather to flow, learn, connect, and give back, creating an unforgettable experience in the heart of New Orleans.

VISION: To be the Crescent City’s leading conscious festival, where movement, culture, and connection converge, and celebration sparks transformation and lasting community impact.

tools to pause, to feel, and to respond instead of react. Through consistent practice, participants build emotional regulation, resilience, and a deeper sense of self-worth.

This is the kind of impact that ripples outward—into families, communities, and futures.

When you attend NOLA Yoga Fest, you are part of that ripple.

This year, we are honored to support YEAH! YOGA, an organization bringing trauma-informed yoga and mindfulness to youth impacted by the juvenile justice system.

Working within detention centers and residential foster care environments, their programs offer something many of these youth have never been given—

Group of diverse people lying on gym mats, smiling and relaxed, in a fitness or wellness setting.
